Sometimes you meet a customer that just “clicks”. They have a similar personality and values to yours, and you communicate and get on well. Just recently I had met another one of these great customers, Stu and Kaz.
Looking locally from their residence in Buderim, they had originally booked me in to perform a “pre purchase property inspection” on a home they had bought in the area. This process involves looking at all aspects of plumbing on the property including, but not limited to water meters and water supply, rain water tanks and pumps, storm water and sewer piping, leaking taps and toilets, and a roof and gutter inspection. There are also numerous other items unlisted. Through this process we were able to identify and determine potential plumbing related problems, fixes, and costs after they had moved in and closed on the home. You can feel confident when Water Smart Plumbing https://watersmartplumbing.net.au/plumbing-services/pre-purchase-property-inspections/ performs an inspection you will get piece of mind before your purchase.
After items were identified, a quote was issued and works proceeded. Stu and Kaz were so hospitable to me when I arrived one morning. Kaz was flitting around cleaning and still sorting through boxes yet she managed to provide freshly squeezed juices, drinks, and even lunch for me! I was a little shocked by this kindness though as we sat through a few small breaks, we chatted and really got on well. The new semi rural lifestyle they had chosen might have been different from the one previously, though they are capable and eager to make this their new home.
Later that evening were even kind enough to make a collage of the days work and send through to me highlighting the days work and the new friendship that had started. It was a really enjoyable experience meeting this couple and I hope to be invited again for the next stages of their properties life cycle.
