Water Smart Plumbing & Maintenance is proud to support junior rugby union on the Sunshine Coast. If Stewart is not unblocking a drain, fixing a burst pipe, replacing taps or toilets or any other plumbing emergency, you’ll probably see him at the clubhouse or any local junior rugby game here on the Sunshine Coast.
Stewart has enjoyed taking on the managerial role for the University U14s team and enjoys the positive culture at the club. He recognises our young Barbarians (along with other sporting clubs) need support from our local businesses to continue to be able to provide these valuable experiences to our young people. These organisations run on donations and volunteers who work tirelessly to provide opportunities for our kids. They learn important life skills, along with the obvious physical benefits, kids learn teamwork, interacting with people from different ages/background, and how to control or channel emotions. Playing sports in their younger years will increase the chance of them continuing to be active in their adult life.
Although its gotten off to a pretty wet start, we’re looking forward to another great rugby season!
